Guidelines:

For the Delegates

Delegates attending the 12th ASEAN Summit and Related Summits are advised to coordinate with their respective Country Liaison Officers (CLOs), who will register their names in the secure registration portal of the website.  The CLOs will come from the embassies of ASEAN and EAS Member Countries in Manila.

A delegate may download a registration form.  He/She should accomplish the form and submit it to his/her CLO for online registration.  The delegate will be required to submit a scanned or digital copy of his photo (size: 100 kilobytes) to his/her CLO who will paste it in the delegate’s online registration form.

A registered delegate will be issued ID, with corresponding access pass, for his/her use during the Summits.

For the CLO

Country Liaison Officers are requested to reconfirm the attendance of previously registered delegates by ticking the checkbox before the names of the delegates from their respective country log-in portals. CLOs are to confirm their selection by clicking the button labeled “Will Attend Jan 2007 Summit” located at the top and bottom parts of the page.

New delegates are to be registered online as per usual procedure.
The Registration Sub-Committee would highly appreciate the online registration to be accomplished by 5 PM of January 5, 2007

For the Media

• Registration for new applicants will be until January 7, 2007. 
  Previously denied applicants need not apply. 
• Revalidation for accredited media will be until January 7, 2007
  Note: All accredited media will receive an email for revalidation.
